􀀡hen applying exhaust hoods, remember that make up air must be provided externally to the room.

FEATURES:

  • N.S.F. Labeled. 

  • 18 ga. 304 S/S all welded construction.

  • Removable S/S interior baffle panels. 

  • Factory installed exhaust duct collar.

Condensate exhaust hoods are used over a broad spectrum or non-grease, producing equip­ment such as dish machines.

 
When applying condensate hoods, make up air must be provided externally to the room.

  • 18 ga. 304 S/S all welded construction.

  • Removable S/S interior baffle panels. 

  • Factory installed exhaust duct collar.

DW CONDENSATE HOOD

SPECIFICATIONS

APPLICATIONS:

Supply fans provide balance to the kitchen area, countering the vacuum effect of the exhaust fan.

 
Utilize supply fans to equalize the difference between the exhaust drain on the room and the HVAC systems fresh air supply capabilities. 

FEATURES:

  • Cabinet constructed of 18 gauge galvalume steel. 

  • Blower or heavy gauge, rigid steel, die stamped housing. 

  • Presick wheel with sealed bearings.

  • Adjustable drive sheave ana motor base plate on vibration isolators.

  • Open drip proof motor. 

  • Factory wired disconnect switch.

  • Outside air intake shroud.

  • Washable aluminum air filters. 

MAS SUPPLY FAN

SPECIFICATIONS

FEATURES:

  • MAS supply Fan: 

    • Cabinets of 18 ga. galvalume steel.

    • Heavy gauge steel blower.

    • Adjustable drive sheave and motor base plate.

    • Open drip proof motor.

    • Disconnect switch.

    • Air shroud w/aluminum air filters. 

APPLICATIONS:

The Supply Fan/Furnace provides 80% heated air balance to the kitchen area near the hood. This counters the vacuum effect or the exhaust ran while minimizin9 the im­pact on the buildin9 HVAC system. 


Utilize the supply fan/furnace to equalize the difference between the exhaust drain on the room and the HVAC systems fresh air supply capabilities. 

  • DFNP Furnace:

    • AGA Listed.

    • 1" gas connection.

    • S/S burners with perforated air foils.

    • 25 to 12 turn-down ratio.

    • Manifold set for 7" gas pressure.

    • Electronic control system w/spark ignition.
